This class consists of water aerobic and toning exercises designed for a total body work out. This class is appropriate for those with bone and joint problems such as hip and knee replacement, arthritis, fibromyalgia as well as for those healthy people looking for a moderate intensity, low impact workout.
Any time the pool is not being used for class the pool is open for independent exercise. People are free to do their own individual exercise programs.

Southwind offers a land aerobics class each evening at 5:30. Class structure will vary depending on the instructor. Classes will vary between:
Circuit Training (Moderate to High Intensity)
An instructor led class in which participants rotate between exercise stations. Our most popular class.
Step Aerobics (Moderate to High Intensity)
45 minutes of moderate choreography followed by a 15 minute stretching and abdominal workout.
